Our services include parking studies, audits, rate surveys and development of comprehensive parking management plans. Principal members of Parking Research & Solutions are Jeff Nethery and Tim Ware.

About Us

Jeff Nethery - Jeff has provided management and consulting services for all types of on-street and off-street parking operations. Projects have included campus parking programs, municipal and private parking garages, parking and pedestrian sign plans, valet parking services, on-street enforcement and meter management plans, hospital parking and multiple event and stadium parking programs. Jeff's approach is focused on efficiency and quality through creative approaches and innovative solutions to parking management challenges.

Tim Ware - Tim's background includes parking management, pay-and-display systems and transit planning. Projects have included both on-street and off-street municipal parking operations. He has demonstrated the ability to implement various parking technologies and utilize international resources in the parking industry. Applications include garage pay-on-foot and credit card in/out payment options, in-car-meter programs, North America's first pay-and-display system for on-street parking and online customer service applications. Tim has assisted several organizations with implementation of pay-parking programs.
